 Electronic Giving Methods
Direct Debit Giving allows HOTS to receive donations directly from a checking or savings account. e.service® Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is used to automatically transfer funds from a member’s checking or savings account to a church’s bank account via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network. EFT is also called Direct Debit, Direct Payment or simply, ACH. A majority of people receive payroll or Social Security income via EFT and it is also widely used by households to pay mortgages, utility bills and other monthly obligations.

 Meijer Community Rewards
Meijer Community Rewards allows you to have Meijer contribute to Heart of the Shepherd in support of our ministry. We encourage everyone – members, friends, family and community residents – to join Meijer Community Rewards.
There is no cost to sign up and can be done online. All you need to do is sign up with our organization’s 6 digit code 485335. You will receive two plastic Meijer tags that you can put on your keychain. Whenever you buy at Meijer (including gas) scan your tag and Heart of the Shepherd will get a percentage of the sale (.5% with cash/debit cards, 1.0% with Meijer credit cards). Click here to sign up.
 VG’s Receipts
If you shop at VG’s, save the bottom part of your receipts that show the Community Share Points. You can drop them off at the church or mail them to the address at the top of the page. VG’s will pay us a percentage for each Community Share Point we submit.
