Prayer Team Involvement Form


           

  I know how vital prayer is for our individual spiritual growth and to the mission and ministry of our congregation.     
   
   
  I have a compassion for others which I am willing to demonstrate by devoting some of my time to specifically praying for those who request our prayers.      
   
   
  I would be honored to be a vital part of the Prayer Team of our congregation and be involved in the following areas of Heart of the Shepherd's Prayer Team ministry:   
  
   
                  
As a Prayer Partner I am willing to get together with other Prayer Partner's and learn more about prayer while praying for our Pastor, church leaders, congregation, community, state and nation. Prayer Partners will meet once or twice a month at a mutual time set by the Prayer Partners. From time to time Pastor and other church leaders will join us.

I am willing to include in my daily prayers special prayer requests sent via email or by the church office.
