Church Office Team | Assist the church staff & individual ministry teams with office-related needs to help our teams accomplish their ministry goals.

Church Properties Team | Maintain all physical properties of the church in such a way the ministry needs are adequately satisfied and to enhance the natural, God-given splendor and beauty of our property, making it an attractive place for the community & our families to experience and explore.

Discipleship Team | Assist the pastor in shepherding the flock, shaping the worship and steering the spiritual life of the congregation.

Family Adventure Camp (FAC) Team | Plan, organize & offer an annual Family Adventure opportunity as an additional avenue to reach out and share with our community (members & non-members) the story of God’s great love through Jesus Christ.

Fellowship Team | Promote activities and social events that emphasize Christian fellowship and family unity for families of HOTS and the community.

Midweek Dinner Team | Plan, organize and host our Wednesday evening Midweek dinners, providing an opportunity for our families and the families of our CDC to “break bread together”

Ministry Vision Team | Responsible for establishing & monitoring the governing policies of the congregation as it works directly with the pastor & staff to establish goals & strategies and to train & equip the various ministry teams to move our congregation forward in its mission & ministry and to carry out our church’s vision.

Mission: Possible Team | Daring, world-class, mission-minded, purpose-driven disciples of Christ serving as co-missionaries with the pastor to use their spiritual eyes of faith to visualize our church’s future ministry potential to launch a new mission church & to look down the road (3/5/10 years) at the invisible & make it visible.

Music Team | Develop and increase participation in our music ministry by creating and maintaining an environment for the growth and use of talents and spiritual gifts for the glory of God & edification of others.

Prayer Team | Prays for the pastor and his family, our ministries and leaders, our families and the community by bringing each other’s needs before the Lord. Plans opportunities to grow the prayer life of our people and church.

Youth Leadership Team | Enable our youth to develop meaningful relationships with God and each other, and to equip and encourage our youth to grow in their faith through fellowship with one another.
