What is a TLC (Tender-Loving-Care) Ministry?

 

God's Word repeatedly encourages us to care for one another.  At Heart of the Shepherd, we pray that our Tender, Loving, Care (TLC) for one another is what our many ministries, church-related activities and events are all about.  This is especially true when it comes to our TLC (Tender Loving Care) Ministry.  A TLC is a group of 8 to 12 people who gather together in the comfort of homes, at the church or other designated locations to grow in our relationship with our Lord and share our "TLC" for each other.

Grulke TLC

  • They get together the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, 6:30 pm.  Location is in the Grulke home.  Study is led by Pastor Grulke.    Contact:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , 517-552-7218

 

Herndon TLC

Hoffman TLC:

Holst TLC:

  • They get together the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at the church.  This is a group for young families with children between the ages of 0 to 7.  It starts at 6:00 pm with a time for fellowship and light dinner/snacks.  Two youth from the church watch the children while the group is in study and prayer from 7 to 8 pm.   Contact:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Noel TLC:

  • They get together the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 6:30 pm.  Location changes each month but is held in one of the groups homes.  Topics have ranged from movies or books of the Bible to social events like an evening out together.  Focus is always on living our faith.  Study is led by Dale Noel.   Contact:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Sandin TLC:

Thursday Morning TLC:
