Courtni Holst - Child Development Director

 

Courtni comes to this position with over 14 years experience in the Early Care and Education field.  She has worked as a teacher in the classroom as well as part of the administrative staff for two high quality, nationally accredited programs-The University of Michigan’s Children’s Center and Stanford University’s Bing Nursery School in California.  Courtni also values staff training and professional development and has worked for the Michigan Community Coordinated Child Care as a T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Scholarship Counselor.  Courtni is also a part of the Great Start Livingston Collaborative Workgroup.  This collaborative seeks to assure the highest quality resources and service integration to support Livingston County’s children’s physical & emotional health, child care, early education and basic needs as well as provide resources for parents and professionals.  Having numerous roles in the Early Care and Education field, she brings with her much experience and knowledge regarding best practices in child development/early childhood education.
