Heart of the Shepherd is blessed to have Dale Noel serving as our deacon.  Dale is licensed by the Michigan District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and assists our pastors in all areas of ministry. 

Dale is an extremely active member of the church.  He is currently leading TLC groups, teaching adult Christian Education Sunday mornings, presiding as President of the MVT and participates in as much as he can.  Dale truly honors and serves his Lord and His church through his efforts. 

Dale is available for prayer, Bible study, or assistance in other ministry areas upon request.
