Director of Family Ministry
Erin thrives off of sharing Jesus with others, and church work is her passion. She is blessed to share her days with her husband Doug and their four children. With four kiddos at home life is always busy and she is never bored. Erin has been a part of the HOTS family since June 2018.
Pat's hard work and attention to detail keep everything running around the office. She and her husband, Steve, moved to Howell from Jackson, MI to help Heart of the Shepherd get started. Pat also coordinates the collection of quilts across Michigan for Lutheran World Relief.
CDC ADMIN. ASSISTANT
Michelle loves getting to know people and hearing their stories. She is always coming up with creative ideas for the classrooms and any chance to gather people together in fun ways. Michelle keeps busy as a mom to three boys, driving them to practices and activities and listening to constant requests for more food.
Dale gave up a career in engineering in his 50's to serve the church as a trained deacon. An avid disc golfer, Dale is always thinking ahead. You'll often find him preparing a Bible study, working to solve a problem, or planning his and Mary's next trip with all of their camping friends.
